When you place an order or contact support, we may receive:

• your first and last name;
• your phone number;
• your email address;
• the details needed to deliver the order;
• information about the order and its payment;
• the messages you send to support.

The site may also automatically receive technical information: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, the pages you visited and other technical data.

Personal data is used to:

• place and fulfil orders;
• contact the buyer about the order;
• arrange delivery;
• process payments;
• provide support;
• improve the site and the service;
• prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not sell personal data or pass it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

To fulfil an order, some data may be passed to delivery services, payment services and other contractors involved in fulfilling the order.

We take the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

We keep personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose concerned, to fulfil the order, keep records and meet the requirements of Ukrainian law.

Deleting an account does not necessarily mean that all information about earlier orders is deleted at once, if keeping it is required by law or to confirm completed transactions.

You have the right to contact us with a request about your personal data, including access to it, its correction or its deletion in the cases provided for by law.

The site is intended for browsing products, placing orders and getting information about products and services.

You agree not to use the site for unlawful acts, attempts to gain unauthorised access to its systems or to disrupt its operation.

We try to keep the information about products, their characteristics, contents, availability and price up to date.

Product photos may differ slightly from the actual product because of lighting, screen settings or the way they were taken.

After an order is placed, its details may be additionally confirmed by a shop representative.

Placing an order does not guarantee that it will be fulfilled in the event of a technical error, the product being unavailable or another objective reason, of which the buyer will be informed.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your account safe.

You can delete your account yourself in the My data section of your account, or ask support to do it.

We may update these Terms of Use. The current version is always published on the site.

Cookies may be used to:

• make the site work;
• remember your settings;
• run the cart and checkout;
• sign you in;
• analyse how the site works;
• improve the site's functionality and ease of use.

Some cookies may be set by third-party services used on the site, for example analytics, payment or delivery services.

Necessary cookies (sign-in, cart, language, your cookie choice) are always on. We set analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent — you can give, change or withdraw it under “Cookie settings” (the link at the bottom of every page).

For analytics we use Google Analytics 4 (a Google service). It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID> for up to 2 years to count visits and page views — without your name or contact details. Google Analytics is switched on only after you agree to analytics cookies; you can withdraw that under “Cookie settings”.

You can change your cookie settings in your browser. Turning off some cookies may, however, affect how some features of the site work.

You can delete your account yourself in the My data section of your account, or ask support to delete it.

Once the request is confirmed, the account and the related data that the law does not require us to keep may be deleted or anonymised.

Information about completed orders, payments and other data that must be kept under the law may be kept for the required period even after the account is deleted.

Deleting an account does not cancel orders already placed and does not affect the parties' obligations under transactions already concluded.

The Hobbix balance is deleted together with the account and cannot be restored.

Information about placed orders may be kept after an account is deleted.

This is needed in particular to keep sales records, confirm completed transactions, meet warranty and other obligations, and comply with Ukrainian law.

Once the period for which the data must be kept has ended, it may be deleted or anonymised.
